GROUP TRAINING
Join the movement towards feeling free in your body with our online group zoom classes: 10am PST Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Access at least 12 custom live zoom classes per month; available afterwards on replay on Patreon, led by movement motivator and fitness trainer - Ray Tezanos.
Get immediate feedback and ensure proper form while the class. The class is capped at 15 members per month to ensure personal attention in each class.

Schedule an optional 15 minute call with Ray to discuss your fitness goals. (Mandatory for new members prior to the first class.)
