What is the best way to use STEAM ON DEMAND?

STEAM ON DEMAND! The sheer scope of it is just…..AHHHH? Right? So many videos, where do you start? There are a few ways you can get the most of STEAM ON DEMAND and it is our pleasure to walk you through them.

 But before we get into that, let us break down what to expect from our platform. STEAM ON DEMAND is designed to be the only place you need to go for all your fitness needs. Whatever your daily workout needs be including cardio, weight training, stretching, rehab, mental health and motivational videos. 

We specialize in hour long fitness experiences that ramp up in intensity with your progresses. Our on-going workout series (STEAM) has four classes a week that you can follow along with on your own pace. STEAM is an intermediate/advanced interval training class that is designed to get you sweaty. 

Each video thumbnail will let you know the format of workout, the body parts that will be hit during the workout, and the equipment needed to 100% the workout. And all videos currently being produced are a part of STEAM.


Now you that know how to navigate. How do you get the most from STEAM ON DEMAND?

First, you can use steam like an on-going gym class that meets 4 times a week. The only difference is you get to decide when your class starts and ends. For best results, we recommend you set an appointment in your calendar 3-4x a week at an hour you like to work out. At your scheduled appointment time, go to your STEAM ON DEMAND and select the NEWEST WORKOUT.

A video with the title NEWEST WORKOUT should be the first video you see in your page. A new video is posted every Mon, Wed, Friday, Saturday 10pm PST. Crush your workout and subsequently accomplish all of your wildest workout goals. Yes, it can actually be that easily. Schedule your time, play the video, and transform your life. Boom.

STEAM ON DEMAND also allows players to use our system to take their work deeper than ever before. With a growing library of REHAB and MENTAL HEALTH videos, you can deepen your experience and fine tune your results. Finally, you can use personal check-ins to become your own coach.
